There are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time.
Once your order is placed, it will get dispatched within 24 working hours and you will receive the delivery within 2-3 working days. This is not included weekends or public holidays.
We deliver all over UAE.
Delivery charges for orders up to 5 Kilos are 15 AED across UAE. And 25 AED for orders above 5 kilos.
➡️ While we take utmost care while packing your order and carry out at least 2-3 quality checks, in an unlikely event of a manufacture’s defect, we would be happy to offer you an exchange, as long as the Products are in original packing and in original condition with the tags intact, unwashed, undamaged condition, merchantable quality is intact and match the description when purchased and received as ordered by the Purchaser. Our courier providers will arrange return by a courier pick and return it in which all the charges will be borne by you
Please Note: If you cannot present your Charkh e Husna online invoice of purchase we reserve the right not to offer a return or exchange.
➡️ Exchange must be requested within 24 hours of the delivery of the product (This includes weekends and public holidays)
➡️ Exchange requests beyond 24 hours of product delivery, unfortunately would not be honored.
➡️ We would happily exchange an item if you are not satisfied, however, a courier charge as per your location will be levied on your exchange parcel.
➡️ Jewelry items will not be exchanged or refunded due to safety and hygiene purpose.
➡️ Before placing an order for Stitched item, kindly ensure you are aware of your dress size and body measurements, we will also be of constant assistance to send you measurements of our stitched products.

While our website is online 24/7, our customer service team is available from 9 am till 9 pm.
We are officially off on Fridays and public holidays, however, we are open to accept orders online and your orders will be dispatch on the next working day.
