➡️ While we take utmost care while packing your order and carry out atleast 2-3 quality checks, in an unlikely event of a manufacture’s defect, we would be happy to offer you an exchange.

➡️ Exchange must be requested within 3 days of the delivery of the product (This includes weekends and public holidays)

➡️ Exchange requests beyond 3 days of product delivery, unfortunately would not be honored.

➡️ We would happily exchange an item if you are not satisfied, however, a courier charge as per your location will be levied on your exchange parcel.

➡️ Jewellery items will not be exchanged or refunded due to safety and hygiene purpose.

➡️ Before placing an order for Stitched item, kindly ensure you are aware of your dress size and body measurements, we will also be of constant assitance to send you measurements of our stitched products.

We accept cash on delivery and bank transfers both

Hold Policy

➡️ We will not be able to hold your item for more than 72 hours of confirming your order unless an advance payment has been made via bank transfer. After 72 hours your items will be dispatched.

➡️ Bookings made during live sessions require your full name, phone number and complete delivery address.

➡️ Without your details, you order will not be confirmed and items will be released after 12 hours for the next live session.

Our prices are very competitive, and our margins are modest, hence prices are non-negotiable.

Working days

We are officially off on Fridays and public holidays, however, we are open to accept orders. We would only be able to dispatch your parcels on the next working day.
